I’m a multi-exit founder, former CEO, and PhD psychologist who understands the intense complexity of high-level leadership — because I’ve lived it.
I’ve built companies, led through crises, and sold to a Fortune 20 acquirer. I’ve also experienced what it’s like to look successful from the outside — while feeling disconnected and off-track inside.
